The New Wave of Intrapreneurship-How Companies are Disrupting Themselves (and How HR Plays a Major Role)

In today’s highly disruptive, digitally transformed marketplace, established companies have an even greater need to innovate “beyond the status quo”. Even strong, well respected businesses that cannot adapt quickly often lose their markets and market share within months. This highly interactive session will examine the emerging trends and methods that promote successful internal innovation, intrapreneurship and organization adaptability for middle to large market companies. Much of this innovation can be organic if the right culture, structure and organization design is in place. The most successful companies will engage their entire organizations and leverage their collective IQ. Case studies of internal idea incubation, compensatory practices and design approaches will be shared.

Key Issues Addressed:

  • Do you shape and support a culture that will support and sustain innovation?
  • Do you have the necessary financial and structural pieces in place to support intrapreneurship?
  • How do you align your entire organization to the multiple types of innovation that will drive ROI?
